Your mission in the team:
As CRM Manager, you will strongly contribute to boost acquisition of new customers and improve leads engagement and retention on both Home and Travel insurance markets. You will work directly under the supervision of Luko’s Customer Marketing (CRM) Lead to build a stellar client relationship, unique in the Insurance sector.
Part of your responsibilities will be to :
- Understanding leads acquisition strategies, insurance clients Lifecycle and retention tactics.
- Provide best-in-class and multichannel retargeting journeys (Email, SMS, Push):
- Create and optimize CRM campaigns through automation, personalization, benchmarking and crazy AB testing
- Identify new opportunities by leveraging customer insights, optimizing flows and up-selling or cross-selling, and implementing retention measures.
- Analyze & monitor the performance of your campaigns & initiatives
- Share best practices with other EU markets
- Participate to Marketing key objectives. ie:
- Boost leads conversion on product & through CRM
- Increase clients ARPU with cross/up sell
- Ensure a strong engagement level of our customer base to increase their lifetime (NPS, services adoption, churn rate)
- Manage user reviews
- Support any CRM tool migration
- Support any product launch
- Manage cross functional projects working closely with cross-channel teams: Product, Growth, Customer Service, Pricing teams to build the best customized user journeys

To excel in this role, we recommend the following qualifications and attributes:
Must-have:
- You have an education/training in a Marketing or Data field
- +1y significant and successful CRM experience: you already worked with a CRM tool
- Languages: French native and fluent in English
- Very rigorous with strong analytical skills: Data and KPIs driven
- Copywriting skills: comfortable to write customer contents on your own
- Comfortable with tech and data environments: you're not afraid of managing data variables, HTML and owning campaigns set up in different tools / back office (CRM, CMS...)
- Entrepreneurship & results-oriented mindset with a test and learn approach
- Curious: you are a heavy reader of tech news, different CRM programs and are always pushing to hear about best practices
Nice to have :
- 1st experience in start up / scale up / fast growing environment is a big plus
- 1st experience with Braze or Salesforce a big plus
