Your mission in the team and what you will learn:

As a Software Engineer Intern, you will be part of the Contract squad in the Core Insurance tribe. Your role will be to help the team achieve its goal of creating a fully scalable and configurable insurance platform that is used by tens of thousands of customers every day.

Your primary mission is to make a significant impact on the team by building one or more moderately complex engineering projects from taking part in the technical specifications to production.

You will be working on the design, development, testing, release, and monitoring of your software while collaborating with the team as an individual contributor.

What do we recommend to be successful?

• You are studying or finished a software engineering or related technical education and your school is providing a "convention de stage";
• You have experience with one backend application programming language, Python is a plus;
• You have experience writing backend applications that use relational databases;
• You have experience with unit, integration or E2E testing is a plus;
• You have a builder mindset;
• You have a customer-centric mindset;
• You are excited to be part of an engineering team, collaborating and helping to build software that solves customer problems;
• As our team is international, you are comfortable speaking and writing in English!
